Manually Run Backup for the very first time using Default Settings

Backup starts, but then just hangs with the backup process running at 20 % CPU

Cannot terminate the backup process in Task Manager

Cancel Scan button does nothing

Closing the scan windows does nothing

I have tried repair, install\uninstall, on clean install OS

Same results every time

Are you using the online storage as the destination? The first backup can take a very long time depending on your upload speeds.

How much data is being backed up? Have you tried allowing it to run in the background for a day or so?
