NIS's two Add-ons for firefox is gone after I reinstall firefox!

How can I display them again? NIS2010 Firefox3.6.3 XPsp3

Hello

 

That version of firefox just came out. It usually takes a while for Norton to catch up with the new version. Considering this is a holiday weekend, it will take Symantec a little while to get all of FireFox working again.

I also have NIS 2010 (17.5.0.127) and FF 3.6.3

Both addons are working fine.

 

Maybe your FF extension files are corrupted.

 

When I had a problem with addons in the past  I followed this message from SendOfJive to fix it.

Try and see if it works for you.
