Cheers, it is very confusing. I wish this did more for iPads as I feel like I have wasted my money at the moment :(
Maybe a simple comparison table on the website would be better, but then maybe less people would buy a product that doesn't really offer them anything and that might not fit into the Symantec business model
As it happens while you were posting I was on the live chat to Norton. It turns out that you can't contact NMS via this means and they have to call you back. I explained that I didn't want a call back as it was the middle of the night and I didn't want them waking the whole house up. The agent kept on trying to insist that someone called me. I said I would wait on line but after 45 minutes I asked how long I would have to wait. From the answer the agent gave me I got the feeling that they did not have anyone working on NMS support last night
As for the idea of getting a refund, I didn't buy it direct from Norton so I guess I am stuck with it.
