NMS 3.0 wont install licence when OS is updated on tablet

I recently received a update in OS for my android jelly bean Tablet, and was re-installed from the backup and install of apps from play store, all went well except for NMS 3.0. It refused to licence up saying “it exceeded the number of installs”. Same unit new os. Is this going to happen every OS update. Its the same table, new OS. It seems to be an issue of Norton to have a licence that is recognised and doesn’t put owners to grief every Operating system update. Norton Utilities re-installs with licence with no problems at all I spoke to Norton chat and they did some change but my question stands, will we have issues on new os install? I was cut off before I got an answer. May be the forum can shed light…
