NMS sensed changed SIM when there was none, need reset passcode

NMS sensed that there was a SIM card change when there was no such activity.  then I was given a message that I could retrieve a passcode by going to https://mobilesecurity.norton.com.  Unfortunately I have Norton's VIP access and the six digit code is sent to my locked phone.  I went on the Norton's chat support line to see If they had a solution, if they could call someone tho authorise a one time use passcode or VIP access code that I could retrieve the passcode..  No go.  I know that I am not the first who have had this happen to.
