We are currently experiencing a Norton Mobile Security service interruption that affects customers with Android devices. This does not impact iOS devices.
You will be able to create a new account and add iOS devices to the subscription.
You will not be able to add new Android devices to your paid subscription.
You will be able to access all features on both Android and iOS apps.
You will not be able to perform any anti-theft functions on the portal at http://mobilesecurity.norton.com.
We are working on resolving this problem and will update this thread as soon as it is fixed. Below are the errors you might encounter. Thank you for your patience.
