This user is concerned that since the update to Android 9 on their device, that the Wifi network scan is happening too often in NMS. They say they are seeing a notification in the Android notification at the top of the screen when the scan is run. I do not see that on Android 8 on my tablet. Maybe some change in behaviour with the new OS version???

The user has sent logs, so maybe when they are checked, we could get some information on whether the number of scans is still the same and it is just the notifications have changed.
