I can't access the identity safe from the tool bar. I just get this error message: "The operation timed out. Check your network connection and try again." I can access it here: https://identitysafe.norton.com/ .
I've searched the discussion forum and see this has be happening to many people but I've seen no viable explanation or solution.
Any help would be appreciated.
