No access to Itunes store

An automatic update was made to Norton 360 for Windows 2010 and now I am unable to access ITunes store. I can access my playlist etc, but not the store. I am running Windows 7 Premium and have the updated 64 bit version and have updated ITunes to the 64 bit version as well. I have uninstalled and reinstalled ITunes. No help. I have tried to add ITunes to the allowed programs, but I believe unsuccessfully. Any help?
