No Activations Left?

Hi,

I am currently using Norton 360 Version 4.0.

I have it installed on two computers - our desktop pc and my laptop.

We will be purchasing a new desktop computer shortly, and will still keep the other two.

I know the product is licensed on up to three computers, however, when I log into our Online Account,

it states "Remaining Activations - None".

Now I am not sure why this has occured as we have never owned more than two computers

and have not installed it on any more than two.

 

We originally purchased it as a CD, and were given the opportunity to upgrade.

When this happened, I do vaguely remember we did have some trouble reinstalling Norton on the desktop computer the first time, however on the second time we tried it was fine.

Could re-trying the installation this have used up an activation?

 

Also, because the latest version we have was obtained via a free upgrade,

is there a secton on the Norton Website where I could download this for when we get our new computer?
