No active subscription

Attempting, in vain, to install Norton 360 on my new iPhone. We have 10 licenses and are using 5. This means I have 5 available. I only have 2 options- redeem a subscription or activate a subscription. Those are the ONLY options. After signing in , I get an error that says no licenses available. And of course Norton has ZERO product support. Any ideas are welcome to fix this POS.

You are seeing No Licenses Available because you are choosing an option that is taking you to the App Store looking for a subscription.

The key to activating your iOS device from a subscription in your Norton Account is in the information above from bjm_. You need to look for the Sign in to Norton Account. That will get the activation from your current subscription.
