No Activity being recorded on Norton Family

I am using Norton Security with Backup.

Both of my children have laptops with Windows 10 Home.  I set up two accounts on each computer. One is an admin account only accessible by me and the other is a standard account that the kids use.

I installed Norton Security on both computers.  I also activated Norton family on each standard account.  My problem is that for my daughter's account I can see her activity but for my son's account I have not seen any activity since March 27th.

When I log into my son's account on his computer the small pop-up box stating that Norton Family is monitoring the account appears.  Also when I try to get to known blocked sites (like Facebook or Twitter), Norton Family does block the site.  It also informs him when he using the computer past curfew hours.  So, Norton Family appears to be working on my son's account but it is not reporting any of his activity.

So far, the only thing I tried to resolve the issue is to remove him from the Family account to clear his history and then add him back in.  That did not resolve the issue.
