No activity being reported

I used to see activity and no longer do. We have premier, ive checked the computer, i downloaded the newest version,  shut down and restarted the computer and still nothing after 12 hours....

I’ve installed Internet Security and Online Family Safety. I configured two accounts for my kids on the same computer, running Vista. Functionality appears ok except I cannot view any activity on the web site. One child was online for a couple hours this morning and it shows no activity. I’m also running a home network using a router. Is there some port that needs to be open to allow the activity packets through? The email alerts are coming through ok. Any assistance is appreciated. Thanks.
