No activity for 3 months after timezone change. I want my refund!

Hi Norton,

As I've stated before, the child has changed the timezone and there's no activity for 3 months. Your product is horrible. I would like to get a refund for this without returning the product. I've already restricted the windows timezone change in the child's computer, but there's still no activity reported. 

I'm going out of town soon for work, I don't have time to monitor and fix and call you guys to check whether this product is working or not!

Katie, Norton needs to drop the part where you have to approach your child to talk about it. People don't have time! We want a product that works while we're at work. Just let the product do its job and stop leaving room for discussions!

Seriously, what is the point of buying this product if it can be turned off easily?
