I paid $49.95 for the Premium service. I installed the NOF service on my kids' computer. It appears to be working. My kids can right click on the icon in the system tray and view house rules, check time remaining, etc. However, when I log onto the onlinefamily.norton.com web site to check my kids' activity it shows "No activity for Last 7 Days" for all my kids. It has been like this for a couple days now. Help!
