No Activity Report but is Online - Again

Every few months we stop receiving Activity Reports but child is online.   At first I thought it was when there was an update but the last 2 times it does not seem there is an update.  Last activity report was June 9.   Right now she is online and blue light is on under her name which shows she is online.  It seems that Time Supervision is working including email alerts.  But a In the past the only way to fix it was to uninstall Norton Family and reload.   There always seems to be a problem in uninstallying and reloading so I spend couple hours on the phone with Norton with them doing it and even then things happen like they reinstall product on wrong computer.  

Is anyone else having this problem and did  you find sollution?

This is a first.   All of a sudden we started showing activity.   Have seen no activity since the 9th even though child was on the internet and today, the 13th it started again!   Not sure what happened but glad it is.
