No activity reported since Oct 13 but I know the kids have been on

I have 2 computers running Norton Family.  I have a premier subscription, and was receiving the regular emailed reports (weekly and monthly) showing the activity on the PCs.  However since October 13th, when I look online or on the reports, there is not activity reported.  I have checked the computers and the house rules have been updated and still no activity has been reported.  Please advise what needs to be done to fix this problem.
