No any web activities were monitored

After we reinstall the softwares on 12/23, there is no any activities that can be monitored in the list.  The monitor function is not working.  Anyone has the same problems as mine?

Hi chang_roseline,

 

It normally takes a few minutes for the activities appearing at Activity -> Web online.
