I was told that I would get a call back tonight at 630PM. I made it clear yesterday that i didnt want to be stood up again. I made this very clear. I said to call me at 630p and no call… AGAIN.
This is the second day in a row that this has happened. Why? Why do you promise a call back and not deliver on that promise??
This was a LEVEL 3 call. i had to spend last weekend on this and the dashboard that says my last cloud backup was in march but it was a day ago and in May. There is also an issue with the Protection Report you send. That says i havent run a scan in 30 days. But i ran a scan yesterday. It is completely wrong. And it keeps appearing after i already viewed it. This seems to have some glitches. Developers…please fix this. Management… our time is valuable. Dont promise call backs. This is second time you didnt call back. Terrible. Anyone out there… do not expect a call back when they promise one. They are zero for 2 on these. No call. Awful.
