I am using NIS 2010 and when I click on Insight Protectio, it takes about 30 seconds for the new window to load up, and it refreshes for a while. Then, I find the server as "offline", and I get a button next to it that says refresh. I keep retrying, and still don't get connected to the server. In beta, I was able to connect.
Is everyone expericing this? or do I need to do something about my settings?
