Norton Security with Backup on my wife's computer is continually needing to repair the installation. After spending the better part of a day with online chat yesterday and their uninstalling and reinstalling Norton several times to no avail, I waited 45 minutes to be escalated to a Senior Technician only to be told they are too busy and they would contact me the following day. I gave them my phone number, but never heard back from them. I have waited all day!
My subscription is up for renewal. But I am seriously thinking of going with another service over this very poor Customer Service issue.
