I have checked Manage my Devices, which shows a Red Box with a White X in it. I have a message saying - Computer Protection at Risk, so looked up what I needed to do.
The information given on the Norton help said to click the "Fix Now" on the Device screen. It is not there ?
I have completed several Norton Scans plus the Eraser function and nothing seems to resolve this. All scans seem to give ALL OK as feedback so Any ideas
