I've tried downloading Antivirus for Mac v. 12 about a dozen times. Each time, I get a DMG package that has a Read Me icon, a User Guide icon, and the caption for the Installer icon, but no actual icon. When I click on the caption, an empty gray "ghost" icon shaped thing appears, but nothing happens when I click on it. Image attached. I have uninstalled all older Norton products, but am unable to install NAV. This seems like a weird one to me.... Thanks if you have any idea what is going on.
