No lists shown under tabs?

I have recently installed Norton Family Minder on two household computers. One is running Windows Vista and the other is running Windows 7. I have ran several tests from both of these computers that are linked to my children's profiles through my NOF account and they both are having the same problem, which is:

 

1) Messaging tab never has displayed anything? I have sent several instant messages through facebook from the computers being monitored and not one has ever been displayed under the messaging tab?

 

2) Social Networks tab has never displayed anything? I have visited facebook and myspace several times from the computers being monitored, logging in and out, posting and interacting and not one thing has ever been displayed under the social tab?

 

3) Search Tab will sometimes show results and not at other times?

 

4) Web Tab appears to be working fine.

 

5) Is there a way to view sms messages sent and received from an Android mobil phone with the Norton Safety Minder App?

Though I did not get any assistance through here, I finally figured it out on my own. The Norton Online Family Safety Minder add-on was disabled from the web browsers on each computer. Just open browser, go to tools, manage add-ons and then find and enable it. Restarted computers and all is well at this point.

Just a little disappointed in the lack of information NOF provides to me from the computers being monitored.

Thanks for the update.  I'm glad to know you've figured it all out yourself.   You should be able to see the warning message at Activity -> Alerts online where indicating the add-on is disabled.
