No live Updates Since 03/22/17

My NIS hasn't Live Updated either by itself or by clicking on the Live Update button for getting better than 24 hours now. It always updates numerous times during the course of a day.  It seems to be functioning correctly, but it just keeps saying "No updates found".

It hasn't done a Quick Scan on its own either, it always scans a few minutes after new virus definitions download.

It's done a diagnostic check on itself by clicking the "Get Support" button and says there's no problems found.

By all accounts, it seems to be running fine, there just hasn't been any Live Updates for an uncharacteristically long time.

I've done the Power Eraser thing and it didn't find any problems there either.

Anyone else been having this issue in the last day or so?

The main NIS page now says "Current" and it has been updating throughout the day, albeit like the former poster said, the number of automatic scans seems to be a bit less than usual.

I would say the situation seems to have been resolved for the most part, at least it's much improved over 24 hours ago.

The SDS definitions are still kind of slow. It's been 12 hours since last quick scan. It's Friday, but it's more like a weekend schedule. 1 scan on Thursday and so far 1 scan on Friday...

Today I get 6 updates. Hope that now it works fine...

I had several updates when I ran Live Update this morning.  It appears the issue has been fixed.

Well, according to the "Recent History" the last update I got was 10:28PM tonight-although it's still saying the Protection Updates are from 3/22 just as Brocktoon has reported.

So if this is what everyone else is experiencing and someone else said there's no cause for concern, then I'll just wait and see what happens.

It's nearly 11:00PM EST, it will be interesting to see when it will say the current date on the Main Norton Protection page.

 

The last SDS def I got was about an hour ago and it is 20170322.032 which is why your system is not saying current and shows 3/22.

I guess Norton is behind of the SDS def.

I started getting a few updates, but my system is still showing protection updates as 3/22/17 instead of 'current'

I also get just 2 updated for last 24 hours. Previously I get 7-9 updates for this time…

Just chiming in that I'm seeing the same as well

Same here, I was having issues on my machine and ran manual live update March 22. My machine is running Windows 7 Home version and live update updated Norton to 22.9.1.12 which I get free from Xfinity. Since 10:48 PM last night March 22 there have been no automatic updates as I can see on recent history. No automatic scans as well.

I have escalated this with the forum Admin'.  Hopefully someone will check on it soon.

I have the same issue.

I am in Europe and when I switched on my machine this morning I received

Norton IPS Defs and Norton Reputation Revocation List - Nothing else afterwards, and running LiveUpdate manually finds no updates.

Well, at least it's somewhat reassuring to know it isn't just me then.

Hopefully whatever ll is will get straightened out soon.
