My non-profit has a site licence for Symantec Antivirus (Program Version 10.1.9000; Scan Engine Version 131.1.0.124) and we have received no updates via LiveUpdate since 7/5/2013. These machines are installed as non-managed (i.e. updated directly from Symantec / Norton). If I run LiveUpdate by hand on any of the computers, I get "All of the Symantec products and components installed on y our computer are currently up-to-date. Remember to check for new updates frequently."
Any ideas what is going on or how to fix this?
