I've just received an onscreen message from Norton 360 that it had encountered a fault, fixed itself and a restart was required, restart carried out and now none of the Microsoft user accounts can be accessed we can only get a temporary login (which is not admin) so no access to any of our work, files or data. Running Win 10 last updated 11 May 17. Any thoughts, ideas or fixes would be appreciated.
