No "New Login" option in Manage Log-ins

I have no option to manually add a new log in in the Log-ins section of Manage Log-ins.  The "New Login" button is just not there.

 

I'm running Nortin 360 V3.8.0.41 under Vista V6.06002 SP2 and using IE 8.0.6001.18904.

 

Any suggestions?

Free upgrade to the latest N360 version could be done through this link,

Run live update 2/3 times after the upgrade to get the latest updates for N360 V4.
