Hi all.
A few minutes ago I purchased NIS2012, and I've installed on my two computers. The gadget that appears on the right (a small image in the space where the sidebar is located) just appeared on the computer using Windows7-64bit. On the other computer that uses Windows Vista-32bit. this gadget did not appear to install NIS2012.
Both computers had disabled windows sidebar before downloading and installing NIS2012. I wonder if there is a fault in the installation of NIS2012 on computer with Vista-32bit. 
Both downloads were made following the directions from my norton account, step by step and right.
Previously, I used on both computers NIS2011 which was completely removed from the system (including the use of ccleaner, and elimination of empty folders and all the waste traces in the system) before downloading and installing NIS2012.
