No Norton Toolbar

Hi, ive got a funny problem here, it’s a bit long winded but here goes…I had a destop shortcut pointing to a particuar web page, but when it was used the web page would never open up maximised. I finally found a solution to this, which involved going to the web page concerned in IE9 32bit (maximised) selecting “add site to start menu” then sending the start menu item to the desktop as a shortcut. This works a treat now, everytime i select this shortcut IE9 32bit now opens maximised, HOWEVER for some reason my Norton Toolbar & Adobe PDF are gone!!!. It reports that they are enabled but when you right click an empty space in ie its not even listed! IE when i right click now alls i see is options to select/view menu bar, fav bar, command bar, status bar. Norton Toolbar and Adobe PDF are not listed! When i just select my normal IE9 start shortcut it all works normally Please advise! Im running windows 7 home premium 64bit, but with IE9 32bit as my default/shortcut
