No option for canceling subscription for mobile device

Issue abstract: Canceling subscription unavailable

Detailed description: My subscription has expired, and my card is not valid anymore.

Product & version number: Norton 360 Mobile

OS details: Android

What is the error message you are seeing? Unavailable Google canceling subscription. subscription for mobile has expired and I do not need it. Still, there is active notification warning: “Subscription Renewal Error” - that is because I change VISA. And I do not wish to use the app. But I cant see cancel subscription and remove the mobile version from subscription table. After I remove that subscription - I will change the card. I do not wish to pay for next year.
