No programs shows up on program control under firewall

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to block certain programs from accessing the internet and have followed all the recommended steps. However, when I navigate to the Program Control section under Firewall, no programs are listed. I've tried using both the "Program Search" and the "Add" buttons, but nothing appears.

Has anyone else experienced this issue or know how to resolve it?

Hello SCC. Reset your Norton firewall and reboot if you have not already done so.
