No response error

 just downloaded the 360 beta but can't use my activation key because it says "No response received from the Symantec server" every time I try..What should I do to receive my 90 day trail period???

Can you confirm the version of Norton 360 you have installed?

You can find it from Support > About. If you are using Norton 360 5.0 Beta, please post a screenshot of the error message.

If you are using Norton 360 4.0, try the solution from the following Symantec KB:
