Thx for the reply. Thats what i have been doing. I was just hoping they would of fixed it by now.
Actually there is an instance of right clicking that exists in 64 bit already as I discovered. However it's not always available and not very convenient: http://norton.lithium.com/norton/board/message?board.id=nis_feedback&thread.id=13658
There is a workaround using the right click "Send to" command which is not too bad for time being:
Navigate to C:\Users\YOUR NAME\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\SendTo
Place a shortcut to Navw32.exe there.
Now you can right click on a file or folder and select "Send to", "Navw32" (or whatever you choose to name the shortcut) and you will get the normal scanning module.

Does Norton crash; icon disappears from system tray?

Hmm...no reason to be getting that error if that shortcut method is done properly. Perhaps another problem with Norton. Maybe try running the One Click support option to see if there is anything wrong with the program.
Just to be clear - you went to the location where "navw32" resides and right clicked it and selected "Create shortcut", then you should encounter the dialog box that Vista can't create the shortcut here and suggests that you put the shortcut on the desktop and you said "yes". Then you when to the control panel and selected "show hidden files and folders" and then opened a file browser window and navigated to C:\Users\YOUR NAME\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\SendTo and dragged the shortcut from the desktop to that location?
No i copyed the file in stead of creating shortcut,LOL
I did it with the shortcut and it works just fine, Thanks

That would be the problem.
You're welcome.
