No room in the cloud

Hi,

I can't make a back up. I have a cloud storage of 25GB, about 16 GB is beiing used for a back-up I can't delete the back-up because it's the only one. But when Norton tries to make another back-up I can't use the 16 GB and the rest is not enough for another back up. I wish a new back up should overwrite the old one. Solution?

Do you still need the files that are in the original backup? If not, you can create a new backup set with just a few files to start, then you will be able to delete the original backup set. Then you can go back into your new backup set to add all the files you wish to backup.
