Ever tried to right click on the network drives and select Norton>Scan Now?
That option only exist on local drives. Anyway I found a workaround by installing the windows Search 4.0 and let that index all network drives. Hereby the files are loaded locally and scanned by Norton. It is a bad solution that it slows down the system

I agree. However, since that your program is a closed source project, it is up to the developers to adjust for third-party programs, such as N360.
