Just upgraded from 360 V5.0 to V6.0 and the tool bar in Firebox 10.0 disappeared. The space is there on the toolbars but, no tool bar and none on the listing. Tool bar is fine in Internet Explorer. I have the compatibility add on that worked for 5.0 but, no luck with 6.0 Are you working a new compatibility for firefox and I need to revert to 5.0 until you get it or what??

N360 6.0 version which was released did not carry the Firefox 10.0 support, it was added as a patch to 6.0 version. Once you install the product, you will have to run the live update untill it prompts you for "Restart Now" option. Restart prompts confirms you that you have received the FF10.0 patch and on restarting the machine, toolbar will be enabled for FF 10.0
Also, make sure you run live update until it says no updates left out, this keeps the product updated.

While this did fix the issue and glad Norton found this glitch after release, I did check the updates and saw that it had run since the install. Appears a manual update is required while I thought updates were done automatically. Hope future updats are automatic. Seems a new install or version revision should have the program automatically get updates as most other programs do.

I find that all virus definitions etc are automatically downloaded and installed, but any program updates need to be done manually. I make a habit of doing a manual update every week or two.
