Running Norton 360. Had to reinstall to correct product bug several days ago. Since then - no updates found by "Live Update". Otherwise no error messages, unusual behavior from product - simply no updates found for many days. Detail follows:
Each day I run Live Update followed by Quick or Full Scan and, over past many years, nearly each day there are new product or protection updates.
For the last several days there have been no updates. Not one. Has anyone else experienced this in last week? A bit unsettling.
(Perhaps) Important aside: Last week I had to uninstall (fully) Norton and reinstall. The product started showing "Issues Detected" on application Device Security and in online Account for this machine, but "Fix Now" failed every time. Followed all the online recommended steps for this defect - e.g., restart, power eraser, checked account / subscription status, etc. and nothing resolved. So, I uninstalled and re-installed Norton product. Since then, the "Issues Found" / "Fix Now" message and error is gone, but since reinstalling product, despite running Live Update daily, not a single update found (no updates despite daily and multiple daily attempts to Live Update).
Perhaps no concern, but seems unusual, at odds with several years experience running product on multiple machines, and want to ask community if any similar concerns or suggestions.
