I have the latest update to Norton360 4.0.0.127
What does it mean in Security History when I see 'No User Logged In' ????? I certainly logged in and did log out....
ALSO since I have my update to n360 why in my startup files do I have 'Norton 360' , 'Norton 4.0' ???? When I say startup files, what I mean is I click on the Microsoft start button on the lower left, go to all programs, and there I see these two...PLUS the 'Norton Installation Files' ....
Do other ppl have this, and are they all suppose to be there?
Thanks again for any help you can give me on this.

The Norton Installation Files shortcut is placed there by Windows since the location for the files is in the Public Downloads folder. It can be convenient for re-installing the program if needed. If you want, you can delete the files (Users\Public\Public Downloads) and the shortcut from the START menu (just click on it after deleting the files and answer "Yes" to let Windows remove the broken shortcut. Deleting the files will not affect your security in any way.
sorry it has taken so long, i've had to leave town on an emergency and just got back.
As for taking a screen shot....how do I do that? Thanks again
Use the print screen button on your keyboard and paste in mspaint or using alt+print screen just gives you the active window only.
