No VPN server connection IPAD

Norton VPN ios not working on IPAD. Cannot get a connection to server.
On Windows and Smartphone working fine (same WLAN and network)

reinstalling, flight modus, using Norton vpn app only, I tried everything but still not working.

Ipad is on latest iOS version.
Checked settings on router.

Please help!

So you are using the standalone Norton Secure VPN app? If so, do you also have Norton 360 app installed? If so, you should uninstall the standalone app and use the VPN feature in 360. Having both might cause issues like you are seeing.
