Norton has said a downloaded program is unsafe due to WS.Reputation.1
On reading, this is because not enough people have used the file. However we can't if we are prevented. So no new files can be put on the internet?
When I click options and "exclude this program" it does exactly the same thing next time.
So it seems the only way to override is to switch off Norton.
Therefore the only way that I can be safe and use the internet is to become very unsafe indeed!
Can Norton please sort this out.
