When I login to Norton Family, and select a child, then view activity for web - hardly anything is being logged. I can go onto the child's computer logged in as the child, visit 100 websites and yet this software that I pay for shows absolutely nothing.
I know she has been on the computer in the past week but time activity shows 0 hours.
I know she has watched videos in the past week but the tab shows nothing.
We also added a tablet for my son and turned on location tracking. It's still turned on - but no location since 11/30/2015.
The one and only thing that seems to be working is the time restrictions. I have no access to any other valuable information using this software for some reason.
Please help! I was really hoping this software would work!
