I have sent a PM to a Symantec employee about this program, and it was read, however I received no reply and the problem still exists:
I had a desktop that ran Norton 360 and it used up some storage on my combined N360/NOB allocation. The PC name still shows up repeatedly when I logon to NOB. I need the name and any storage assigned to it, removed. I also have two old messages at the top of the NOB home page about not having enough storage space; I cannot remove these messages, which is particularly annoying, since the desktop that triggered those messages also no longer exists.
Who do I talk with to get this resolved? Thank you.
