Hi, can anyone help... my NOBU appears to be backing up various data from my main hard drive ("C") even though I specifically set it to back up only picture files from the other hard drive ("E").
I set this up in Manage Backup Sets (under "What") and NOBU has saved that setting. But when I run NOBU and it begins the process, the automatic and quick scroll through of all the folder/file titles show that files are being scanned in both the E and the C drive. (Shouldn't it only show E drive files, if that is what I set as the source drive on Manage Backup Sets?)
This is a problem because my C drive is about 70 gigs of data, which means NOBU takes several DAYS to do the backup (and in fact has never successfully completed the backup, which is another problem altogether), when it should only be backing up my E drive picture files (12 gigs).
When I do leave the backup in place anyway, it gets stuck eventually: either after several days, at "100% Copied", or early on at "4% Copied". In NEITHER case was ANY data backed up... complete failure so far. I have been on both phone support and chat support with Norton for hours and hours, to no avail. I use Windows XP.
