NOBU 2.0 Versioning Not Working

Norton Online Backup 2.0 supposedly supports 90 day versioning, but I am receiving the error message "Insufficient storage space...".

 

When I go online to look at my data in my browser; 'Settings', 'What' will correctly list the various files I've selected for backup. But when I go to 'File Actions', 'Purge Files', only the name of the computer is listed; the 'Folders' and 'Files' lists are blank.

 

I have tried this under W7 64x and XP 32x. I have also tried Firefox, IE8 and Chrome. Finally, reaching for straws, I tried deleting Java, cleaning the registry and then reinstalling Java. This is a very clean machine with all updates, but I must be missing something, any ideas?
