I'm using Norton Internet Security 2011 (version 18.6.0.29) and Norton Online Backup (version 2.1.18320). As you can (hopefully) see from the attachment, I'm encountering an error backing up a file which no longer exists, and then, despite making an exclusion rule for the folder which the file had been located in, am unable to make NOBU exclude it. Any ideas on how to successfully exclude the file?
