Since the end of May, none of my NOBU automatic backups have run. No errors in the log, they simply don't start. I ran a manual backup on June 16 and it completed successfully around 1 am on June 17. If I check my account, it now shows the next scheduled backup as June 17 at around 8 am. Obviously, this date/time is well past but nothing has happened. The computer does not go into sleep mode and it has been used many times since then.
This is Windows Vista Home Premium SP 2 32-bit with all current updates. Subscription to NOBU is current and according to Norton version check, I have the most recent versions of NOBU.
Also, why does every automatic backup (when they were running) seem to take 2 or 3 hours even if there are only a few files that have changed. It seems like it wants to backup almost everything every day and I don't change that many files on a daily basis. I'd also like the option to choose a preferred time for automatic backups (eg wee hours of the morning) rather than having it want to run in prime time as it generally does. It slows down the computer and our internet connection at this point and is an inconvienence.

Look at that, like magic all of my computers starting hitting in yesterday... Looks like an issue on Symantec's side that got resolved. I really wish there was a bit more transparency about this product.
Amazingly mine ran yesterday as well. There's another one scheduled for this evening so we'll see if that runs as well. Would be nice if someone from Symantec would chime and let us know if they fixed something.
