Norton Online Backup has been "Purge in Progress" since April 20th.. Live chat support could not solve the problem. Case <removed>.
Please help to stop this purge.

I have went ahead and cancelled the purge process which was froze. You can now try again to purge the files. Please let me know if you still facing any issues.

Once again I have a stuck purge, can you kill it for me? Maybe they can create a Stop Purge button in NOBU when this happens?
