I've noticed a large lag time when visiting websites and decided to do a speed test. My ping was very high and my upload speed lower than normal.
I remember norton online family causing this issue before so I uninstalled it and the problem rectified.

Why does your product cause this to happen and how can it be fixed. I was starting to regain faith...a little prematurely I guess
