We installed Norton online family about a half a year ago. It worked fine until a couple months ago when it stopped monitoring online activity. We use the computer almost daily and it shows that there's no activity for past 7 days. We tested sites that should have been blocked but had no problem accessing them. It seems that our friendly watch dog has gone into a long hibernation.
I noticed someone else had this problem and it was resolved but it seems that the solution wasn't posted in this forum.
